What happens if I cannot find my booking confirmation?

If you are unable to locate your booking confirmation you will be able to find this on your booking history on your MTH profile. If you have not created a profile please contact us directly.

What happens when I complete a booking?

You and the therapist you have booked with will both receive an email all the booking details.

Can I change the time or date on my booking?

Please inform us if you which to make any changes to your booking so we can provide you with your therapists details. You can then contact your therapist directly in regards to this. MTH will not be liable if you are unable to amend your booking.

How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking by clicking cancel on your booking confirmation. You will then be taken to our site to complete the cancelation.

If I cancel my booking will I receive a refund of my deposit?

Your deposit will only be refunded if you cancel at least 24 hours before your booking.

Where will my treatment take place?

All therapists will have their own dedicated treatment room in which the treatment will take place. This will either be in their home or a rented space.

Do we offer mobile services?

We will not therapists home visits, as this can affect the physical and mental strength of a therapist. We believe it is important each time you visit a therapist to receive the best level of treatment they can offer.
